A 360-degree review of the topic/complex problem using the tools in SEU’s Modes of Inquiry (4-page minimum). For each mode of inquiry, define what has been offered by other researchers and what remains uncovered / unanswered as an approach to solving the problem.
A  proposed solution to the problem.
A bibliography of resources used (must include at least 10 sources)
